My mission is to educate about mental health, mental ill-health, self-care, and help individuals recognise early signs of wellbeing decline, and challenge the stigma surrounding these issues.

I offer a range of mental health training courses that equip individuals to recognise signs of mental ill-health, build confidence, and develop the tools to support others while prioritising their own wellbeing. These courses empower participants to guide others to professional help and introduce effective self-care strategies.

While not focused on therapy, the Fundamental Wellbeing First Aid course provides essential first aid skills, similar to physical first aid, and most importantly, ensures participants gain the confidence and competence to act when needed.
